灭火器

最近我老婆的公司有举办火灾讲座, 我老婆就买下总值RM299的灭火器和防火面罩. 没想到灭火器也有Warranty四年. 而且有在四年之内如有使用灭火器或防火面罩, 都有一对一的更换, 真不赖! 顺便提一提火场逃生的三个重点:

1. 马上以最短的时间逃离火场. 记得拷贝多把钥匙放在不同地方以方便逃生.
2. 在火场内不要喝水. 因为喝水会将有毒物质灌如体内, 危害健康.
3. 如过有小孩在火场, 记得要牵手腕, 不要牵手掌. 这是因为手掌很容易出汗, 在逃生时很容易滑脱.

Fire Extinguisher
Recently there is a fire awareness talk in my wife company. My wife spent RM299 to purchase a fire extinguisher and a pocket smoke mask. The seller offer 4 years warranty with 1 to 1 unlimited replacement if the fire extinguisher has been used to extinguish a fire. This including the face mask which has been used for escaping purpose due to fire during the warranty period. Some important keynotes while fire:

1. Fled from the fire scene in the shortest time. Remember to duplicate number of copies of key and put it in different places in your house.
2. Do not drink water in the fire scene. Water will bring the toxic substances into our body.
3. Remember to hold the wrist of your children, but not their palm. Children would be easily loosen their grip to your hand when your palm is sweating during evacuation.
